I would go for the lvl 5 as insurance. You can't buy a strong enough 4l60E when you have radix kit and make big power numbers. If you are spending the money might aswell get the big one or do a 4L80E swap would be a better way to go. Just my .02 cents worth, been there done that, got a stick shift instead.

Level 5 4L65 or 4L80.

Especially with forced induction, you want to make sure you're tranny is built like a tank otherwise its just a matter of time before they blow.

oh my poor acheing pocket.
if the gm dealer will warranty a tranny for me on monday,[ he's a bud, see other posts]
i'll order a level 5 and sell the tranny that gm puts in, shouldn't work out too bad.
if he can't warranty it, oh my poor acheing pocket.
i'll ask flt what they think though, I 'm canada and freight etc will just add to the cost.
will flt sell me a parts kit to install locally?

As for installing local, well thats up to you. I dont trust any shops near me, so i rebuilt my tranny myself

Power to ya bro, if you have the brains, time and skill, you are 2 steps ahead of me and I've been burnt by trans shops and that it is industry standard.
including my friend who just fried my transmission,
the big freakin thing is time, I'm too busy trying to make $ to pay for this **** to have time to research, in an objective way, what I need.
Mine is a daily driver and downtime is important
So a swap works good for me
