gbody/s10 are the same thing, its not a direct swap. There's issues I ran into and corrected but I deleted majority of the information because people were taking off with it asking me for part numbers and everything I had to do so they could turn around and sell this as a kit. Not going to let others make a profit of my hard work, no offense to anyone.
make your own kit and profit from your hard work. Nobody would hold it against you.

Yea I seen you mention that, also seen mad man (I think) makes a kit with spindles arms etc... for 1200, seems kind of steep if one could make there own setup for about half.
I'm not after your info as far as parts and what was done, just curious if you ran into major problems such as strength or alignment issues.
Reason I'm considering it is for wait reduction and wheel options. As far as I know, there are only truck stars, weld s77, and 2 diffrent Bogarts avalible for 6 lug applications that look decent and half a"" light.
And yea there are timkin hubs that 1320wheels sell, but no weight reduction there.

For normal street stuff, why not save a bunch of headaches and run the new 5 lug wheel bearing I posted above. No oddball part to find and fit, no fabrication, stock brakes bolt right up, etc

1200 was a very reasonable price for the madman kit considering what all came with it.

I had my truck fully converted to 5 lug at one point, I hated it! I could only run drag wheels all the time and it was impossible to find good wheels with the proper backspacing to run street wheels with. If I were to ever do it again I would do Ford 5x4 1/2BP as the mustang wheels are super close to proper fittment for the trucks.
Sooo now I have all 6 lug drag stuff and nice OEM street wheels and love it! Plus I drive my truck ALOT
It’s not just a straight track machine.
Hope that little bit of .02 helps some with your decision
