Dura grip is made by Yukon and is a quality peice. It has clutches and will wear out with time, however, they are rebuild able and very strong like any Yukon made part. The valuetrac is no longer availible unfortunately. It was a less expensive truetrac with all the value. I think the duragrip will work just great for you. You will get the traction you want, but a different design than the truetrac.
