Well I will be making another appointment monday see if they can get it better. tomorrow ill swap the front tires to see if it pulls right instead.

I asked them to check my Idler and pitman arm and they said it seemed fine but there was play in the steering that they were unsure about.

Atleast I can keep going back until its right and they can't say

The trucks not even lifted very much! uhg I'm highly considering having a custom front end mid travel kit built. It would be very pricy but ride amazing have great travel and everything would be way over built!

I love over built.

Aside fron the pull and the wheel being off its got to feel better, and they need to find the play in the front end!!!

It does feel 100 times better. Might go blast down some trails tomorrow and see if I can destroy the paint even more. On the to do list is coilovers for sure. Last weekend camping i tried to climb over a log and ended up landing on one of my torsion bars Just about poohed my pants. They hang down so low its lame!

Tree was down right in the middle of the trail and my buddy made it over first in his STOCK 4runner with minor damge to the lame side steps (which were cut of the next day) so I figured with 33s, some lift and no lame side steps I should bound right over unscathed. Gave her a little gas bumped the front tires up on the log then gave it a little more and it was resting on the torsions I kinda forgot I have one of those torrsion bar drop brackets that sticks out 4-6ins lower then the frame.

Luckly I just backed out and gave it a quick inspection everything seemed good it didnt even scrape the rust of the torsions.

Worst part was it wasnt even a big tree just a little pine.

Damn my bracket sits like 2 inches below the frame, maybe!! The fronts are in the lower control arm as they should be, but the strut rods are still below my torsions, im also on 35s and have been down logging decks and trails the logger trucks used that werent really fit for atvs, but i nade it diwn em in my truck

I felt like a newby driver getting high centered in a RCSB

But oh well coilovers will get rid of all that.

I think once I get coilovers and my ride height settled Im going to see If I can squeeze 35s under it. I love the look of low center of gravity with big meat stuffed under it. But then gotta gear down to like 4.56s. Uhg money money money. Just the price to pay to try and make the ultimate DD.

Should really just stop doing redneck stuff.

im running 4.10s with 35s and havent had an issue... And my crawl ratio is ridiculous anyway something like 32:1, havent figured it out gear for gear yet but 3.06 first gear with 4.10s crawls just fine and now that ive swapped my converter have no problem turning some 110lb 315/70r17s over!!! The 4.56s i think are slightly overkill behind a 4l60e, however behind an 80e with a 2.84 or whatever first ratio is theyll have about same crawl as my 4.10s.... And im sire someone will find this and blast me on it, but.... What is the first ratio in your trans??? I am assuming its an nv4500??

Play in the steering is likely in the box, you can never seem fix the chevy play 100%.

If the pitman/idler aren't clunking and moving and inner and outer tie rods are tight, they will do nothing else for you. To them it's not their problem because things are still tight. The steering box and just the way they have the steering bars set up under the vehicle always make them have play for whatever reason, being lifted some does not help either.

They can adjust the steering wheel back center with ease though, thats a simple win-toe adjustment. Also this is just how I did alignments, if you pay for the lifetime alignment you are paying for a factory style alignment. We charged more to make it how you want it or to fall in line with either a lowered vehicled or a lifted vehicle.
