Default fluid and filter change 4L60E

hay guys sorry for not serching throughly but need an answer asap for the qt. amount for a fluid and filter change!!! thanks in advance

I used 14 quarts on mine doing the filter and flush.

if you just dropped the pan, cleaned, added filter, and put back. you probably are looking at 6-8 quarts max.

14 qts is a full flush. no need for that

It should take about 5 quarts for just a filter change.

With a factory deep pan it should be in the 4-4.5 quart range.

It's always easier to add then it is to take it out...

Thanks guys just did the vette servo swap and a few other tweaks so all is well now LoL
