im looking for the rebuild kit for my true trac where to find the kit to rebuild it.

trutrac isn't even an eaton diff. it's detroit, unless eaton owns them.

Correct, the TruTrac units are not re-buildable.

Are you by chance using synthetic gear oil? This is a fairly common issue that arises and it is recommended by the manufacturer to use conventional gear oil instead with the TruTrac differentials.

i have also heard the same thing several times. switch over and see if it helps. i wouldnt know for sure as i have only ran dino but hopefully it helps u
