Well the anyone that has installed the Addco rear sway bar know the hardware that came with the kit is complete crap. Everytime i would go underneath the rear of my truck it would **** me off just looking at it. So I decided to update/replace a few things.
I ordered some axle perches that i was gonna use on another project but decided to use them here. I also got some Energy Suspension Poly greaseable sway bar bushings.
Part Numbers:
axle perches SUM-720025
sway bar busings ENS-9-5161G
sway bar end links ENS-9-8121G
Here is a pic before, yep the damn ubolts are complete crap...

Old vs New bushing and perch

Everything mounted and welded up

I used 3inch muffler clamps to attache the end links

Looks good!...I did the exact same thing to mine..leaf perches and all!
-I also welded "guseted" tabs to a new 1 1/2" tube crossmember..My endlink sleeves are like 1 1/4" long lol..thats how low my truck is!

i dunno, probably not, just cleaned things up... The front sway bar bushings come in tomorrow... With the new shocks and front and rear sway bars, the truck handles like it is on rails, zero body roll....
