So it appears everything is back in and working. It been WOT 1-2 and everything seems ok. Not too many places to test out WOT 2-3 but I assume its ok. WOT 1-2 does seem a little faster now but sometimes it seems a little to hard at part throttle though, I will have to try to tweak the tune and see what happens. Thanks for the help everyone
