is is there a trick to get the servo cover off!!!!!!

yes i took the snap ring off
i got pliers on the over trying to pull it off, ive hit the plies with a hammer trying to get it off and its not giving
need help fast

There is an "O" ring on the cover that you have to cut. Just pull it below the slot and cut it.

or you can put some pliers on it and use a screwdriver right below the servo cover and use it as a pivot point to get some leverage and it will pop off. or you can just cut the o-ring and pull the o-ring out and the cover comes off with your hand..

its easy to do.

if you pull on the oring with a pick you don't have to cut it. just stretch it and then reuse it.

Done that a couple of times w/o damaging the o-ring.

a pry bar works for me...theres a notch in the side that you can get to and it will pop right out. then you can reuse the 0-ring.
