Default servo cover stuck, can't remove

Anybody else have this problem? I can't depress it. I think I'm going to bend the exhaust prying on it. Cover looks pretty corroded and the snap ring is all rusty. I've got some penetrating oil soaking on it but I have a feeling she doesn't want to come off.

I have read somewhere somebody used a scissors jack. A pry bar normally will work, but I like to use a large wood clamp to free up my other hand. Best safe push or pull you can come up with where it don't bite you or break what you push or pull against.

If I pull any harder I think I will bend my exhaust.
