Completely screwed...

Bad news... I got everything together today and bolted on the DS rear wheel (ITS HUUUUUGE) but the wheel wouldn't turn. Then I noticed that it was not straight either... Long story short, my rotors that are the right diameter don't seem to fit. When you tighten the lugs, they tighten the rotors against the parking brake backing thing (I wanna call it the vacuum plate).
So... I think well I just need new rotors, no surpise there... Except... wait for it... I had custom 6 lug axles made so I could keep the 6 lug wheels... None of the rotors for this axle are 6 lug.
Anyone wanna buy the burnt out shell of an 03 SSS?

Screwed in the sense that no tires are going on today
There's a fix -- custom brakes.
No pics-- camera is broken too lol
Basically, finger tight lug nuts = no turning the axle. I think the depth from the mounting surface to the vacuum plate is shallower than the same depth on the rotor itself.

You may be able to get them to send you a kit with a hat that isnt drilled for acertain lug pattern but with the right back spacing and get a local shop to punch the lugs out for you.

You went with a 9.5 14 bolt correct?
Same as goes on the 05-06 VHO and SSS. You could try to switch over to a bear drum to disk conversion kit. What year and type of truck did you get the housing out of?
