So... we were going to do the big brake kit rears for the 2500HD and swap hats with teh BB rotors for the 1500 kits. Doh! 1500 kits are 1 piece rotors.

Kevin at precision is trying to get the 2500 rotor hats undrilled from Wilwood and then drill the lug holes for me. however, we don't know yet if Wilwood will sell them undrilled. If they do, great, problem solved. If the won't, I'm looking either a custom bracket and caliper, shimming the rotor itself or burning the truck
we don't need no water let the MF'er burn!

Wilwood won't sell the rotors undrilled . Trying to find some two piece rotors (well Kevin is) next and build a wilwood kit a la carte' (expensive as hell).

why don't you just buy 1500HD rotors and have them redrilled for your 6 lug bolt pattern? Moser does this for like $60

I've been trying for weeks. I can't find blanks -- where can I get them undrilled?

you get the regular 1500HD 8 lug discs and have them redrilled, you'll end up with two bolt patterns.

That's what I get for talking to experts... I was told this wouldn't be possible.
