Broke level 3 Performabuilt 60E

Pull the tranny, pull ALL the guts out of the tranny, remove one c-clip replace shaft (if it didn't break anything else) Put it all back together and put it back in.
I just did this.
While they have it, if your going to stay with the 65e, might think long and hard about that $550 billet output shaft.

Not under warranty that I can promise you. Not sure what your definition of a lot is but this shop has very few come backs I guarantee it! I have personally built almost every unit that has gone through this shop in the last 4 years. Converter hubs breaking and destroying pumps is the one failure that I have seen. Unfortunately that seems to be an issue with converter depth and also weak hubs in trucks. I think it also has something to do with the weight of your vehicles. I will say that the hubs on the Yank converters seem to be a bit thicker then other companies and I like that. I have seen plenty of cases of this in units not built at FLT as well so it is what it is. We are currently working on a solution for a stronger pump rotor but these things take time. I honestly can not remember the last time I had a failure that was builder error. Quality control is very important in this shop and will never change. I take my work very personal and do not appreciate the comment. Vince
BTW Frank thanks for chiming in here to clarify what failed in that unit. I have not seen that failure often but it totally make sense. Sucks when it happens but good to see you are working with your customer. Vince

On my high boost setting I would guess somewhere around 600rwhp. I think I am going to pick up a billet output shaft while it's still at Performabuilt for some extra strength. I am also having my verter restalled to 3k for some more fun.
