Default Best way to get 3" lift

What's the best way to lift my 2005 Z71 about 3 inches or so. What are the options and benefits and drawbacks. I've done some searchin but found nothing too clear on whats the best/most reliable way.

performance accessory body lift? Thats what i got.. its gonna be able 400-500bucks with the bumper kits. Only downside is you have that gap in the chassis and the body. Ohter option is a 4inch suspension lift, i believe some make 3inch but you are better off with the 4. That comes with new shocks and you have to get a new alignment of coarse. Plus is that its neat and clean... down side is that its about 1300-1600bucks plus install fee's

For the money the body lift is ur best choice, make sure u get the bumper kit. The gap guards are stupid IMO. Get the performance acc. one, they have the best body lift period!

youve seen a 6inch suspension not look as good as a 3inch body lift? wow that must have been one shitty made suspension lift , cause most people agree that a suspension lift looks way better than a body lift with the gaps and all.DRAGONMAN0325
why dont you just get you some ford keys and some 5inch blocks inthe rear? with some longer shocks thatll give almost 3 insches in the front and 3 in the back for cheap.

crank the T-bars up front and replace the rear 1.5" blocks with 3" blocks. Should cost you $100 including the new alignment. Total lift up front is around 3" and 1.5" rear. It really helps the 4x4 look better an levels them out some, no more extreme rake.

You dont have to crank the stock t-bar bolts very far before it will ride like dog ****.
