I plan doing a write up for this like I did for the T56 swap when I do my TH400.

AFAIK, you'll need an SFI flexplate with a spacer so you can use an off the shelf TH350/400 converter. You'll need to modify your crossmember. You can get a reluctor ring installed on the tailshaft so you can use a VSS out of a late 80's early 90's OBS truck. All you'll need to do then is change the tooth count in your tune. You'll need a shifter/cable and dip stick. You'll probably need to modify your driveshaft too which will be a good time to upgrade to some 1350 u-joints.

It is a 4l60 without overdrive.

you can have a 60built strong enough to holdup...no true reason in a street truck to go 350/400

Only thing I can think of, is that it's probably cheaper to build a TH350/400 to the same level of a built 4L60? Maybe I'm wrong though.
