Default 4th gear servo install problem....need some help asap

Ok.....I have a 1-2 servo from a previous install and worked great for about 30k and I just bought the Sonnax 4th billet servo for my 700r4. Took everything out, put the new washer on the pin followed by the c-clip. Installed it back in the tranny and tested fitted the 4th gear servo without the o-ring. Fitted fine and had about 1/8" after the retaining clip. So, put the o-ring on and got the clip on it. Pressed it down and had an 1/8" and could depress it by hand. Went for a test drive and no 4th gear. Any suggestions....I need to get this thing up and moving....got to return to college on Sunday. I have an extra o-ring from the original cover and inspected the one from the kit but didn't see a tear.

When I took it all out, I had fuilded behind the 4th servo making it flat with the outside of the housing for some extra info.

I the gold washer that is about the size of a quarter installed? It goes on the servo pin after the e-clip before the 4th servo.

Oh....so the factory washer then C-clip then Sonnax washer then 4th gear servo/cover.......correct? Also, I put the servo and cover on at the same time...that's fine correct?

Vince....you are the man....I have 4th again....I need to write this up b/c the instructions ain't really clear.....I like to read in between the lines a lot.

So, for everyone knowledge:
When you pull everything out....keep the stock washer and c-clip on it...add the bronze washer in the kit and follow the rest of the directions are clear.

HAHAHA....you are the first.....I guess you feel honored now....I am still running on a stock 700r4 somehow believe it or not from GM. I'm pushing close to 500hp with it and its holding it...I'm not rough on it though but tuning the new engine should interesting. I've done a shift kit, billet 1-2 servo, tranny cooler, and Edge 9.5" stall. I figure if I wanted it to live longer with the stall, I needed the 4th servo. Quite proud of how long its lasted actually.....don't worry....a call to FLT is coming shortly.

Must be easy to screw that one up cause my tranny guy did the same thing, had to pull the trans back out. Neither one of us was happy bout that!
