Default 4l80e donor vehicles

Alright guys, so I have a question about what year and what vehicles had the best 4l80e. I just called up to my local you'll and they told me it's only 99 bucks if I find one, so I'm thinking of heading up there today. Any suggestions?

Every ones opinion on the best year is going to differ... If you can find a 4L85E in something you would really have something.

I'll look for a full size around those years. Junkyard just said that they have an 06 savanna so I might have some luck there

Express vans, savannas, and 2500/3500 obs and nbs with 6.0...... Best chance is going to be the 2500/3500 vans... They used the 4l80 in vans i know up until either 2009 or 2010....

Don't look past a 4.3L 2500 van either...

The 4L85e came in some suburbans and diesel applications as well as large box vans and truck applications as well as motor homes.

It usually had a 5 pinion planetary.

Mines from a 1997 2500 pickup with a 350 in it.
