Default Question about a few things in regards to sensors and EGR

Got 2 questions in these pics. The hole on the side of the intake where the EGR tube went in. Do I just make a plate to cover this? Also is this foam under the intake necessary? I don't think so but figured I'd ask. Also my new headers/pipes have no bungs for the downstream O2 sensors. Are they required or do I just eliminate them since there will be no CATS anymore. I also assume I just set the EGR plug aside too since there is no EGR port on these headers? Also anything special I should do with the PVC valve or anything else I'm overlooking. TIA

Pretty sure you can get a little blockoff plate off ebay or something pretty cheap for the EGR hole.

No the foam isnt needed, it just helps with engine noise.

No you dont need post cat o2 bungs if you dont plan on using cats.
