Default 4L80E 6-Pinion Planetary Sets

Anyone checked this out yet?

TCI 4L80E 6-Pinion Planetary Sets:

I know they had this for the TH400 years ago. Only downside: they weren't cheap.
It's cool more & more upgrades are comin out everyday for the OD trannies.

For some reason, I remember hearing that these won't work with the stock computer.

Chase, call em if you're truly interested. I know when I looked on a maual gearbox, the higher u go up numerically, it lowers the TQ capacity if that's what u mean.

Well now that is all fine and good but seems to me like that would defeat one of the biggest advantages of the 4L80E. I love the higher 1st and 2nd gear.
