Of note not saying you did but the most comon installation error is failing to get the converter fully seated in the pump , I read post and answer questions like this all the time. Make sure the converter is fully seated in the pump before installing the trans. When bolting to engine again you can verify as when you pull the trans up you should be able to turn the converter with very little effort . If it get difficult or wont turn back up and try again , Just some advice

at one point while i was bolting the converter on it got snug but not to bad and barely put and pressure on it when turning and it got free and good and loose again.. could this have possibly broken my pump... if so what do i need to do to prevent that again so i dont have to mess with this **** again...and talking about converter being fully seated.. how do you know.. like i said i'm new to this and i'm learning, all tips and ideas will help tremendously
