Got the new cam in, and have to be to work in 4 hours... Ooops!!!!! tomorrow is going to be a long day!!!! And then i still have to go finish this project!!!

Thinking well water was a bad idea, not that i had thought about it at the time

Lots of room...

Waterpump out of the way

Balancer off

Forgot i had a 3 bolt 4x cam gear....

Valve covers and rockers out of the way

New cam going in after way too much time spent getting the damn lifters to stay up!! Made a set of lifter holding metal dowels, wish the one for the right side was about an inch longer.......Better safe than sorry!!!!

Got everything cleaned up and painted tonight and started on the springs.... By time i made my spring compressor i was about out of energy... Got 4 springs done cylinders 1 and 6... Only 12 more to go.... Need to find a longer 8x1.25 stud tomorrow... Ready for her to be back together and running, if it werent for having to make tools and randomly losing stuff in front of my face she probably would be
