I found a place that makes 15x10 and 16x10 wheels for our trucks with backspace up to 7''. Cost for two powdercoated 15x10 steel wheels would be about $300 shipped.
What is the max backspace before hitting the banjo bolt on trucks with disk brakes? TXsqueeze ran 6.5 but that was on drums and he seems to think a 6 BS would fit. Can anyone comfirm this before I order next week. I plan to use 29.5x11 hoosier full slick and don't want them to stick out too much.

In order for them to tuck there needs to be a 3" difference between wheel width and backspacing. I would say something around a 3-4" difference in width/backspacing wouldn't look too out of place.

Manny, if I get around to it tomorrow, I'll take off my wheels on the blue truck, and measure to see how much backspacing you will be able to get away with.

Read that thread. Read post #18........
To clear it up, my 7/8" measurement is to the block, not the banjo bolt holding it. Would be a hair over an inch if I had measured to the bolt.

Thanks for the posts. I know 16" with 6.5BS will clear but I want 15" for taller slicks. I will try out 6" BS and post results. It takes about a month to get them so it will be a while. Will post or pm place later this evening.
