I have my second pump/line going all the way to its own inlet on the fuel rail crossover, never had any issues running almost 1000hp on e85 and stock rails. And that tank is beefier than you'd think. I put a good amount of torque on the 1/2"npt fitting while installing it with no sign of pulling the threads out.
I will vouch for the tank here. It def does have a decent amount of thickness to it, at least on the NNBS trucks. I found this out when I installed my sump last week.

Here's the issue...
Just as the stock pump location was starving me of fuel at the track...
this set-up is starving me of fuel on the street.
Stock required lots of fuel to prevent this at track...
this set-up requires lots of fuel to prevent this on street.

Any down-hill grade will run fuel away from the rear fittings...just as launch did with the stock bucket and sock.

* Thought about powering up the Walbro in stock location again and having current set-up on a switch.
* Thought of adding a pick-up extension of some sort to (1) of the current inline pumps that reaches near the front of the tank. (similar to joeyc125 below)

Thoughts?

Yeah, that was one of my ideas listed above.
Haven't really come up with a reason why it wouldn't work either.
