well i am getting to the point to were i'm ready to turn up the boost and i've made the decision to go with e85. it's $1 cheaper than 93. I've seen it floating around $2.40-$2.55 a gallon.
my truck has the return style fuel system with the rail mounted regulator and the walbro 255 i had in there now would not keep up with the demands at 60psi
i bought the walbro 450 off ebay and got it installed tonight. all of 30 mins

i will have to plan my trips accordingly
yup, if something needs to be upgraded i will, but just wondering if this can be used as a replacement for the 255 since it's rated for e85 and flows a lot more than it.
the price is very close too, i got this pump off eBay for 130$ shipped

You need to upgrade the wiring ASAP. Not smart with the 450 given its current demands. Also 60 lb injectors are too small for e85. I already maxed out the single 450 at 12 psi and 81% IDC on 114 lb/hr injectors. I was experimenting with E50 until my trans blew up.
