It's on a relay. The main power comes from the pos terminal in the fuse box. The relay is triggered from the stock fuel pump wire. Used 10 ga wire for power. Will the 044 pull through the intank?

After reviewing the run you're out of fuel plain and simple. Twin in tank pumps like Atomic, Smokeshow, etc is the direction you should be heading.

I just don't have the funds or time for a duel intank set up. I already have the fitting ls to tap the rear of the tank and run another 044 and y it into the stock feed line on a Hobbs switch set to 4 psi. Would only cost me 250 for the lines filter and pump and could be installed in a few hours

Do it! You are going to run the other hose all the way to the fuel rail? Get after it before you hurt the engine. I still recommend a higher concentration of methanol too.

I can. And y it in at the fuel rail? So it could be -8 to the just before the fuel rail then step down to a -6 at the rail. Will I need a check valve and where would it go? At the tank pump or before the rail?

Yes I think we are on the same page. Reason for running the line to the rail is to eliminate only feeding the engine with just one 3/8 line. I would install the check valve before the pump, this maybe wrong but that's how I would do it.

Ask Atomic on running the hose to the fuel rail and how he would tap in for max flow.

I wonder if you could run a supply line to each rail and T the return line in the cross over?

Catch you later. Going to shoot my new in-line muzzle loader with my son and daughter.

Ok, that makes since. I'm thinking I may need two check valves. One at the tank and the other before the y. That way the fuel won't try and go back down the wrong way

I dont like the sound of 'tapping the rear of the tank'.....sounds like a good recipe for something failing. Youre going to want reliable in minot too... if you get stranded up there, its life threatening in the winter.

Do it once and do it right, or dont do it at all.

I agree with you and would like him to install dual in tank pumps but tapping the tank is the direction he wants to go. Unless you can change his mind we might as well help him out.

The good news for Andy is that Stock48 tapped his tank along time ago and I have never read about him having any problems.
