Fuel pressure woes

The 044 is in. When I took the racetronix pump out the pump bucket was a different design and had a lot more room for the Bosch pump. Only needed minor trimming. I was able to take the connector apart and run the 10ga wire to the connector so I didn't have to drill the top of the pump. Starts up and idles great. Will have some road testing tonight

Max idc was 80% and it started dropping around 6200 rpm and 60% IDC. Would fall to about 40psi but would not go over 60 psi. I looked at my logs and afr started around 11.7 and went down to 10.6 so it's not going lean

here is a sketch of how my fuel system is set up

the regulator is referenced by a vacuum block that is attached to where the vac assist brake booster hose was. I have the fpr, boost gauge and the meth controller referenced to the same block

Not sure f it wil work for u but w mine when it got funky I would crank the pressure way in and way out while idle. The pressure would go from the min and max back and forth, it cleaned up and would hold steady after that. Maybe some gunk was on the seat or the spring had to be worked. It was free took 3 min and worked for me.
