Ensure a good connection at all terminal ends, if in doubt add some solder. I add a bit of solder after crimping anytime I modify any of the factory wiring. You would be amazed at how little it takes to impede the flow of current. I have seen some crazy things with wiring cause issues.

I have a A&P license along with that comes certification to wire aircraft, just so you know I am not speaking from 2nd hand info.

Okay. The terminals have a good connection. I'm going to try and fix the ground. That may be my issue. Hope it is. I may add that second 044 inline to help keep the pressure up

It is my opinion that doing so will only band aid the issue that you are having.

Well, like Roger said something else is going on. Voltage drop at pump is also my guess, the ground would be a good place to start IMO. There is no way you should be seeing a pressure drop like that nor a IDC that high with those injectors, you are not moving enough air for that amount of fuel. Hell with a good fuel supply 60's will support that without a issue.

Okay. I start on the ground and see if that helps. I also retuned and took out some fuel to get the afr back to 11.5. Should help some

If I get a walbro 450, can I run that and the walbro 255 that I had in the tank together? With one of them on a Hobbs?

Why not just fix what you already have? You have good fuel system components. That isn't your issue. They need to be installed properly. Stop neglecting your electrical system, it's much more important than you realize. (Or so it seems.)

Okay, I'll fix the ground and tighten/loosen the fpr and see if that helps.

I upgraded the ground to a 12ga and is attached to the frame right next to the tank.
