Default aftermarket fuel pump

2012 2500HD with flex fuel system, anyone know of an aftermarket fuel pump that will work with this truck? Hp tuners shows that i dont have FSCM enabled, my pressure maxed out at 65 psi and the turbo i have is starving at higher boost levels.

6.0l with flex fuel system, 78 mm turbo at 8lbs boost, my IDC is maxing at 110% and after reading every post I could find about fuel pumps for return less systems I have come to the conclusion a 1:1 aftermarket fuel pump with return style system will be best. Just trying to find out what pump works with the stock fuel hat/unit best.

Quantum fuel systems suggested the 450 and stated it won’t over power the stock FPR and fits with minor mods. However, recent data logs show im using 110% IDC, looks like I may need some injectors as well. I thought these flex fuel systems were capable of providing more than enough fuel with no mods? on HP tuners my IFR vs delta pressure is limited to 127 lb/hr, maybe bump lower kpa values to increase fuel delivery under boost?

Injector settings should be a set and forget thing. Being that your truck doesn't have a FPCM or a fuel pressure sensor it's not going to vary the pressure and increase on it's own. I don't see how skewing the flow rate down low would change anything if it's always trying to flow at 400kpa.

The flex fuel pumps are general good for around that 550whp mark give or take but there are variables. The stock 50lb/hr injectors are at their limits with the power you are making. A richer mixture of likely in the low 11's is going to put the horsepower limits around that 500-550whp range. Your truck on 8lbs of boost is likely in that range being that it's a 6.0.

Appreciate the input, and I am running AFR 11.3 in boost. Looks like I will look into injectors first.

The TI Automotive 450lph, DW400 fuel pumps and anything that large will tax the intank FPR and result in unstable fuel pressure. Best bet with factory feed line only and FPR intank is to use Aeromotive, DW, Walboro 340 lph pump with a Kenne Bell boost-a-pump
