We can build a set up using stock manifolds.
But jacks up plug wire coil routing.
Forces some weird angles. Just not a fan.
For now We build the manifolds for our twin kits.
The pics shows 46mm vband gate flanges. Normally we use the 2bolt 39mm gates.

This may sound like a silly question... but would there be any benefit to a stepped log in a twin set up?

Seems it would make sense to me... It may also make more room for the downpipe on the driver side.

Not sure the juice would be worth the squeeze.
Our twin manifolds already use smaller log diameter then our singles.

Interesting how the brake lines are different on the 2WD trucks compared to the 4WD trucks.

When you do the feed lines for your twin kits, do you put the turbos in series with one having a Tee?

I use an "T" in the middle.
Then branch out to the turbos.
At the turbos I use (? X -4) 90' fittings.
