Whipple supercharger concerns.

I got with Stimpeee68 and he gave me a good deal on buying 5 pullies from him. 2-7/8, 3, 3-1/8, 3-5/8, 3-3/4 so 25004x4 let me know if you want to experiment with any of them once you get yours. I was wanting to wait til next weekend to start mine but I think I am gonna get out into the garage tonight and start takin it apart.
Mine didnt come with any bolts so I am sure I will be running out a few times to try and find the right ones.
You got any measurements on the bolt going through the lower pulley thats mounted in the slot on the lower plate? I am assuming there is just a big washer and locknut on the backside in the recessed part. Is that correct?
Also wondering what you were planning on doing with the boost bypass and vac lines.

Any input on what to do with the vac lines? I believe they are for the boost valve. Both of us are removing the whippletronics and going with bigger injectors and a tune. I have read others removing and plugging one of the hoses. I would rather remove as much of the setup and plug the ports before mounting the setup if possible. It looks like its gonna get burried under there once its mounted.

From what I have read, everyone doesnt suggest installing the whippletronics because you have to splice into the factory wires and the injectors are a pain in the *** to get to on the passenger side. I would almost guarantee a few weeks of down time for testing and tuning once we do start.
I did get ahold of BlackBear and he suggested the AutoCal tune. Maybe I am misreading it, but that tune doesnt include lifetime retunes. I know this is gonna be a trial and error upgrade so I was hoping to be able to have access to as many tunes as it takes to get it dialed in right. Maybe I need to look harder around me for a local place to do the tuning work.
Anybody got any suggestions for tune shops in the Atlanta Georgia area?

I'm about to put a Kenne bell twin screw on my '04 2500 and it sounds like the instructions are very similar. I have a 125pg booklet from Kenne bell if one of y'all wants to borrow it. I'm hoping to start my install in the next couple weeks. I still need to order a few small things. I'm in Tuscaloosa if anyone wants to have an install weekend and we can help figure everyone's out....
