What is the smallest oil fill cap

The second set that I just bought are factory covers that are black crinkle finished. I had to cut all the oil baffles out of this second set to clear for my roller rockers, wouldn't have had to do this if I had aftermarkets.

EDIT-
I snapped some pictures after pulling the blanket off. It does look like the cap might fit without the blanket on but I couldn't find another cap that I hadn't cut up. Even though I have probably 10 of them somewhere. I will get another cap today and try it with out the blanket on.
Problem is this still doesn't solve it. You can't run this thing with out a blanket on it. Even with the blanket and everything wrapped you can still cook an egg on the hood. Any one that tells me they don't run a blanket and don't have much heat aren't making much power. Maybe I'm wrong, but I know there is other people with this same setup. Kyle has made a bunch of these kits. Maybe I had the thickest blanket possible? It feels pretty thin right now from being baked.
Kyle-do'nt think I am knocking your setup. I would buy it again if I had the chance. I have bought and ran a few of your hot pipe kits with no failures. I even looked over these pipes super close when I had them off. Everything looks good. They have held up well to the heat. I know there is a few times I have made back to back passes with just 5 minutes in between and you could see how red the manifold got in the cracks of the wrap. It was damn hot! Kyle, what have you done for fill caps and blankets? Maybe I need to change to a different blanket? I am pretty much in need of one now anyways. I bought the damn $200 one from FI when they shipped my turbo and it didn't hold up any longer than my ebay one. Then again the old setup didn't make this much heat.

So I was suggesting running 2 driver side covers. One on the passenger side, and one on the driver side. But, modifying the real drivers side with an oil fill from a sacrificed passenger cover, welded to the front side of the real driver side.
Spending too much time explaining it, and not being clear I bet.
I am a certified aluminum welder, with access to CNC and manual mills. If you want to try this I am willing to help.

I have my valve covers reversed. I got a van oil filler, cut it in half, and extended it with a "z" shaped radiator hose. Then I mashed up a bracket and mounted the filer next to the master cylinder.

I want it done right. Or not at all.

The other option that might be an easier one. Is to cut and angle the fill neck part on the valve cover up. Basically making the angle of the fill cap more horizontal.
What do you think?
