Here's a possible fix for you.
If you have a spare passenger valve cover.
Cut the oil fill off that cover.
Then cut the fill off the engines cover at an angle.
Weld the first filler onto the angle cut.
If that's not enough tilt or move over just add another piece of aluminum tubing.
You have moved the cap over inward and more flat now.
Just an idea.
