If your running a p1sc or 600b you've probably made as much power as your going to make. The smaller pulley is only going to chop the air up, cause more heat, and belt slip on one of the above procharger models. The power band might come on as much as a 1000rpm sooner though, but fall off on the big end.

I would think about a larger crank balancer before I went to a pulley that small. On a procharger thats really small. Unless you already have...

Do you ever run this thing at NED?

I'm gonna doubt success with that pulley on a d1sc as well. Prove us wrong!

well I got the pulleys back from the machine shop. 320 bucks for a 2.65 and 2 idlers....and figured out how to run the same belt and get good pulley wrap....in all my setups, I have never had belt slippage. I found out that by increasing the base fuel psi 5# should cover the hp gains, so no injectors needed for this round of mods...decided again rockers for now...I will get pics up as soon as I can

had to go with a smaller belt only because I also did a factory bracket dual alternator setup...I happened to have an extra 160 amp hanging around with a couple trips to the junk yard I was able to put it together...will post up pics when I get the 3 bar map installed
