Damn! That's a freak'n big intercooler.

I ran a 24 x 12 x 4, parallel style (end caps are mounted on the short side) with my Procharger (eBay clone). With my twin kit, I'm running a Treadstone 24 x 6 x 3.5 (perpendicular style, endcaps are mounted on the long side). From what I have read, the perpendicular style are more efficient and have a lower pressure drop but they are also usually much more expensive.

Core is 20X12X3. Fits perfect between the frame rails and was only $65 on Ebay.

I've used that size on a couple Procharger installs. Like 2ktransam said, it fits perfectly between the OBS 99-07 bumper mounts and it's big enough for 90% of the guys out there.
