Question What Am I missing for Boost Bliss?

After buying this STS Kit a few weeks ago and coming to realize it's not a plug and play system thanks to the terrific resources of info from you boost-aholics. I would like to know what I'm missing to acheive this now never ending goal for Boost Bliss? Here's what I have bought/ordered over the last weeks.

STS Kit GT67
#44 LBS Injectors
Nelson Tune
Transgo shift HD2 - ( accumulator piston,corvette servo,)
2800 GVM trans cooler
PLX Devices - R-500 (Digital A/F data logger-computer,boost gauge,etc.)
TRT FMIC
STS Electronic Boost Controller 0-5 psi (Inc)

What else am I missing right down to the octane to make this this whistle dixie? (Besides FLT 4 Trans) Please chime in since most of you have already traveled this road many of times. Goal is 10-12psi recreational use only!!

Plugs,pumps,wires,thermo,Muffler(sound for DD&wife),software,etc.?

Scott

* a 3000rpm converter with a turbo stator (wife won't notice it, you can spool up quicker). I like PI, but they are expensive.

* If you do a muffler, you'll want an electric cut out so you can be loud (and unload the turbo exhaust) when you want.

A cooler thermo will allow for more timing.

At 10psi, I'd gap the TR6s at .030.

If the exhaust doesn't bother the wife now leave it open because it will create back pressure in the exhaust stream.

Replace ALL plastic accumulator pistons in the tranny with aluminum ones.

Wrap the exhaust from the cats to the turbo.

A higher stall TC with help with spool up but with a heavy vehicle a higher stall will get hot quick in city driving. The trans cooler will help with that but you'll need to watch the temps.

I don't know if 44#rs will be enough for 10-12 psi. Someone else will have to answer that. Fuel system upgrades would be something to think about.

An in-line fuel pump will be needed for sustained runs above 6psi or so. You don't want your volume of fuel as well as your pressure to drop at high boost.
There is a difference between volume and pressure, the in-line pump will keep the volume and pressure up where it's needed.
You could go to a better in-tank pump instead, but not sure what pump that would be.

I've got the Walbro in-tank pump. That is a PUMP! I can't into boost too hard with less than an 1/8th tank. Found that out the hard way. Now I just don't let it get below a 1/4 tank. Shouldn't anyway.

I've heard some bad things about the Walbro but I've alot of good too. I've got about 8K miles on mine.

Andrew, your bucket is drilled too so that even with low fuel levels it will still have fuel. I'm surprised you have that issue.
