10lbs on a LQ9 for 3 1/2 years, 35k miles and not a hiccup. Obviously a DD and I hit hit max boost about 3 or 4 times a day. No Meth when Procharged (20k miles) but I've been running 100% Meth with the turbo's for 15k miles.

Like Quik said, it's all about the tune.
