Nice set-up that you are running. I'm sure Jesse will get you straight on your KR problem.

Thanks Man, I bought the additional spacer from Magnacharger so I did not have to make one or find one somewhere else to buy it. There are no tips or tricks, just torque the bolts to (40ft lbs) and figure out what size belt you need. I did buy new stainless steel bolts & washers for both idler pulleys. I get more compliments on those pulleys then I do about the Radix? Good luck.

I just called them and told them I needed an idler pulley spacer and they sent one to me for $11.00 shipped, It was expensive but very convenient. Hope that helps. Later.

Hope you get your knock problem fixed.

I have been having the same problem for 6 months and I can't figure it out. Just replaced the knock sensors over memorial day and still didn't change anything.

Yea you have a 2000 aswell. I recently changed to an 02 pcm and program, It seemed to help quite a bit but I will know more in the next few days. My KR was showing up big after the 1-2, 2-3 shift @ partial throttle? When does your KR occur? I have done some changes to my tune so I will see if that helps me out. I am really thinking it is false KR because my engine sounds great, I cant hear anything wrong. Hopefully you figure your problem out, I feel your pain. Later.

I get some soon as go into boost (anywhere from 2-6*)but sometimes when I am just driving around (like 25mph, no boost) I get 1.5-2*

I don't hear anything with mine either that why I think it's false too.

Only real mod for me is the Radix with radix tune

Where do you get the 02 PCM?

I bought my 02 pcm from the GM classifieds section on this site, I changed because of all the stuff I read about the 99-00 pcm's showing alot of false KR and that the 01-02 pcms have better fuel tables. It is not as easy as throwing in the pcm and your done, You will have to have somebody (Nelson) tune that 02 pcm with your vin # and the 02 operating system. Do some research on this site and you will find alot of 99-00 trucks have done this upgrade. I still dont know for sure if it works yet but I will soon find out. Later.
