i would like to see you hit 1300 hp befoe you start fine tuning it for more.

now i do have one question for you.
with the new set up are you going to increase safety on the truck?
or is the roll cage you have now good enough?
your numbers are a little higher than i am shooting for. i would be happy to bump 1000rwhp again with this set up and then shoot for 1200-1300 with a few more mods like a better intake and some 3.5" dp's with cut outs.

i hope to get most of the little stuff worked out this weekend and take it out for some wot tuning at about 10psi and then work my way up. before with the single and no meth i could goto about 11psi before knock and with the meth 16psi. i am hopeing to be able to push it a little harder with this set up and i am geting set up to run a little more meth too. the more i think about it the more i think a single plane intake will really make this a killer set up.

one project at a time.....the fast would make no sence for what i am doing. if i was just slaping an intake on there i would have done it by now but i want to do the duel fuel staged injectors set up and the big tb. it will be a prety big project i think.

My setup isnt anywhere near yours but,
I messed around with mine and ended up with drilling a 3/4" hole in the oil cap and a $6 dollar filter on the driver side, I plugged the stock pcv with rubber nips. I know its rigged but it works well and is cheap theres no way oil can get out of the oil cap. I noticed there is no vacuum on the pass. side and there is alot more positive pressure on that side also (why I dont know). I did a test with a balloon after plugging the stock pcv and its very apparent alot more gases and pressure on the pass side than the driver one.
Even on my NA 5.3 there was enough pressure to push the dipstick out and I also lost one of the old school chrome breather caps, thats when I just drilled a hole in the oil filler.

Ive had it this way for around 15k miles and have no problems so far.

First off your truck is awesome....

Will you be running two fuel cells and pumps with that setup? The reason I ask is because I read an article about a week ago about turbos/Superchargers and they ran two fuel systems. One was the normal fuel system and the second feed line was from different fuel cell with higher octane (110 I think). They said once the boost came on it kick in the secondary fuel system and the higher octance allowed for less detention and more boost. Sorry I never finished the article to find out the outcome but it sounded like a interesting idea.

yep,2 fuel cells, 2 fuel systems, 2 sets of injectors. it will be completely automatic, as the boost goes past 10psi the race fuel will start to flow out of the 2nd set of injectors and the pump gas fuel will be phased out. it isn't a new idea. it alows you to run cheap gas except when under lots of boost.

The fuel system sounds really cool. The truck looks/sounds awesome. It's great that someone has done this with a late model pickup. I cannot wait to see the dyno numbers............ .........

Jim, I know how much more you have to do before you can even relax and are flooded with questions and "educated" suggestions before you are ready to address them but here is another one! Have you given any more thought about going 2wd ever or is the 4wd just too much fun on the street?
I guess the reason I ask this is due to the exposure you can't really call it a "sleeper" any more.
