holy sheet jim. luckily there is no cure for the sickness you have.

 

got the meth all hooked up and tuned. got to 17psi before we got what looked like real knock. we turned it back to 16psi and called it good. from everything i can tell my times/power vs psi are about the same and the amount of boost i can run on pump gas or meth is about the same as the single set up too.

corrected gtech time of 10.4 with pump gas and meth at 16psi and a 150shot to get it moving. thats with a 1.63 60' so there isn't a lot left there. it seems reasonable that with race fuel and another 5psi and a little more off the line i will be right back where i was before, very low 10's.

i dont want to push things too hard right now. cmotorsports is closed and they were my motor guys. i will probably just stick to the 16psi and pump gas till i get that single plane intake on there.

it is laggy but i can do a rolling brake stall and race on the street prety good. if i go from a stop i can spray and from a roll just do the rolling brake stall and it takes right off. infact i was turning over the front tires from a 20 roll tonight.

looks like this is about as far as i will be going for awhile. maybe we can get some street action or some dyno action soon. that would be fun.

Jim, if you hit up the dyno let me know. i wanna see what mine is puttin down before i start ordering. maybe we can get another dyno day goin. i got a new job so $$$ is a little more free now!!!

 

cmotorsports is closed, like locked the doors closed. they hooked me up prety good with engine work so if i blow this one up i might not be geting as good of a deal

definately going on drag week an running in the 11.0 class. i am set for that.

i dont know about racing that nova. it isn't a big priority for me. if we happen to run into each other i will run him.

i was thinking about calling up dynodan and seeing if he has any time tomorrow for the dyno. i wouldn't mind seeing exactly where this thing is at hp wise. i love going to the dyno, it is always fun.

 

if you go would you mind if i would tag along. id really like to see how you did your setup as i am thinkin about makin my own turbo set up as well. and if time and money alows i wanna strap mine down.

 

i will post up on here if we end up going to the dyno. i m still waiting on kyle to see if he is free to go tomorrow.
