Are you running a scavenge pump? If so, yes.

No but it's above the cap so won't it gravity feed ? Just like back into the pan?

Your drain is above the cap? Turbo must be pretty hi?

I dont really recommend it, it will drain much better to the pan or front cover.

What is the vertical distance from the oil outlet port on the turbo to the oil cap?

Did you pull the tube off and just mount the cap to the valve cover? Just wondering because i habe dp remove mine due to it setting on the turbo blanket and it is alot lower than the feed but not my drain? I have mine going into the timing cover tho...

id say its about 8" above the oil cap i drilled and tapped the cap and have it all set up should be running this weekdn ..... and yes i pulled the tube off becuase it had a crack which is what gave me the idea because how low it set ! its a very slight angle down from the turbo to the cap i think it should be ok

Do you have a hood on your truck? Your turbo sits up a lot higher than mine
