How much would a complete turbo kit come out to for a 07 silverado 5.3. Including the stuff that doesn't come with the kit

You could probably start around $3000 for a non-intercooled kit, with fuel system and a tune. Hit up KB or Trick.

There is no upper limit on cost.

I'm sitting at $3,847.21 with mine so far, and I still need fuel pump, injectors, boost controller, spark plugs, tuning, and exhaust wrap. Then the small stuff like vacuum line and such. I'm buying everything new, but shopping heavily for the best deals.

That doesn't take into consideration the cost of a rebuilt trans or the swap to a 4l80e, or replacing the G80 in your rear end with a decent unit.

For your absolute most basic kit, possibly around $3,000, it only goes up from there though.

i think you can get a non intercooled kit for 2500, then you need a fuel pump, then injectors, then tuning. to do it right, even on the cheap about 4000

In all honesty, for the kit and everything else you would need/want to upgrade... Youre gonna be looking at $8k-$10k.

Maybe for you. I think a lot of people are content with their ~$4000 kits on otherwise stock vehicles. I agree it's addicting though.

I'd try to get a KB or Trick 70mm non-intercooled turbo kit at least like stated.

You can find good deals on USED rear mount STS turbo kits with the 67mm turbo. I have seen them go for $1700-$2000 totally complete, but you will still need a tune. That price is prob going to be the Non intercooled version as well. You could run that setup with 5-7# on a conservative tune until you can save up for a built trans, intercooler and possibly meth because sooner or later the trans is going to give and you will also want more out of it in due time..
