Turbo build pics....Finally!

Oh! I really like the OZ700 clutch I have, feels like a stock clutch, has not sliped yet. My second choice would be cartek, I like it because it is a full face clutch and synergy motor sports has had good reviews from that clutch in there high hp corvettes.

I hear good things about the OZ700 clutch. I also hear good things about SPEC's stage 3+ which is a full faced disc too.
I'm surprised you guys are seeing such terible driveshaft failures. I've had mine up to 6200rpm in 4th and 6500rpm in 3rd multiple times. Sure I'm not making the power you guys are, but my truck weighs a fair amount more. I think where some of my luck has been in the fact that I have a power robbing and shock dampening 2-piece driveshaft. I'd love to go with a 1-piece, but it's just WAY too long and with hearing about these failures, I've ruled it out.
F-body guys make 4-digit hp/tq numbers and single digit times through the T56 and they don't have this issue. I guess they're just smart and upgrade the drive shaft right of the bat.
Do yourselfs a favor and invest in a $25 driveshaft loop.

finally got the trany apart and need cluster, input, 3rd gear, 3-4 slider assembly, a couple of brgs.....approx $1400 worth of parts. I'll be buying a brand new tranny if I can't find a good used one to canibalize.
These gears are melted. I have seen many broken but not melted. I'll get pics tomorrow night. It is a sight to see for hardend gears to be melted like that.
