Default turbo acting stupid

so i got the meth working...it was the switch...but as soon as i get over 5psi it starts boostin funny...it like pushes and lets off like its getting to much air or fuel or not enough of one of the other...dont know...and i called westers garage to talk to lyndon an hes out of the shop till december....could it be the tune? or possibly the stupid autolite spark plugs im running? please any suggestions would help me out....

Do you have any more info about your setup? Do you have a wideband? How about Fuel pressure guage? Need to post up more info so guys can help out.

yeah fuel pressure gauge is shoing good...i dont have a wideband....my diablo is showing good on the fuel trims as far as i can tell...

Man, it's really tough to say what it could be with so little info. You got an electronic throttle body truck? It could be so many things, I hate to even guess.

as soon as it hits around 5psi it like stutters, pushes and cuts out while holding the boost....i was thinking maybe i donteven know

I think you need to take it to someone who knows what they're doing before you blow it up. Your description (or lack of) sound like you don't know much if anything about turbo systems or how they work. That's a lot of money to waste if you don't know whats going on. Sorry man

Quit trying to diagnose it yourself and actually tell these guys whats going on.

Don't offer suggestions. Same thing with mechanics, just tell them what the symptoms are.

yeah ill def admit im still learning a lot about forced induction...so i should just stay out of boost untill i get someone to look at her. i was just thinking maybe a plug was gapped wrong and maybe blowing the spark out...or something was jacked up with my mail order...
