mine is stainless and "perfect" welds l

I believe mine is 28 inch and its not impacting max power because I have a cut out at the bottom of the down pipe.

This tuning stuff is driving me crazy! I should have just done a mail tune from a vender. Might not get max performance but atleast i would have my truck and safe tune.

Just talked with tuner. Poor guy worked till midnight on the truck. Was having an issue with the zr1 map sensor and traction control. After getting everything figured out he saw 420 hp at 10.7psi . After my cam install and original tune the truck always had idling issues. Every once in a while it would stall out on me when coming to a stop. He is going to work on fixing that today. Said when he is done the truck will idle and drive just like it did from the factory. Until boost of course. So I will get the truck tomorrow or monday. The anticipation is unreal! Then i can give a review of the trick stage2 kit performance end of things.

Also should add the tuner was impressed with the quality of the kit. He had few suggestions about 02 sensor placement but overall nice kit. Far above a on3 kit.

420 at 10psi seems really low with it already having a cam installed.

It does seem low thought I'd be closer to 450. Unfortunately its not a turbo cam so not sure it does me any good or not.

i agree 420 w a cam is a little low. get it running first then maybe think about a vendor taking a look at the tune.

Dead as in what?

A hole in a piston or misfire from something on a spark system or a broken valve spring??
