Slowhawk- thanks for the picture. I have been told to do that by a couple people. I just needed to get it on the road because it is my daily driver and my wife is due with our second baby any day now. I will go back in there and spin it around once I get a little time. There isn't any problem having them point down is there other than they are the low point of the under body?

About driving it....Didn't really have a chance to dig into it. It was icy all over. The roads were crap so I didn't want to try anything stupid. I did get into it a little bit and it does take off...but I don't have a feeling for how it really performs yet.

Oh, and don't try lifting the bed back onto the truck with only 2 people. I blew my back out so looks like I will be headed to the chiropractor on Monday. But we did get the bed back on.

Just watch the lines. If they come off they could overboost the motor.

How did you get to the four inside allen head bolts? I was going to make a tool to do this but I didn't want to the valve apart any more than I did.

You will need a spanner wrench to hold the valve and remove that 10mm nut. Then remove the diafram out of your way, and then you can get to those bolts easier. We have also just drilled and tapped the bodies where we wanted the port locations, and then just plug the old one.
Just have to to really careful not to damage the diafram....

So are you saying you can just remove all the allen bolts on the top of the WG and then get at the inside ones or do you have to take it off the downpipe and crossover pipe?

I did mine on the truck... meaning the drilling and tapping option. If you are going to reclock then you have to remove from truck and get to a table vise.
When removing the bolt be careful they are under spring pressure.

I did mine on the truck without taking the diphragm apart. I just cut down an allen wrench, took out the 4 allen bolts and reclocked. Don't take the whole thing apart. It's not necessary.
