ICE on the bumper, no worries about hot air temps right now.

Do a search and you'll probly get the pics I posted. The kit took me 3-4 hours to do.Extremely easy. The intercooler setup and meth kit took me 6-10hrs to do since the intercooler pipes are tricky. I see no need to not use the stock fuel pump.I've made 500rwhp no problem with fuel.Sometime I'll push it back to 14lbs but there is meth being used at that pressure.

Slowhawk- I don't have the Flex fuel pump, so I don't know if it will be strong enough to support the turbo and injectors. But if I can't get that fitting it will be going back to stock pump and running that way.

I looked at your intercooler set up but what was kicking my *** was where I was going to get mine to mount, and yours had different mounting positions than Allens set up. Plus you were running MAF-less with the SD tune so I couldn't see where your MAF was located. Also I was trying to figure out where to install the BOV...

Thanks,
Dan

Started the truck tonight...

started up with no problems....I must say that I was surprised. I thought it would have something wrong. Here are some pictures of what has been going on. Have to finish up all the dressing up, just wanted to make sure it would run alright first.

Dan looks good, glad all is working for you. the oil line fittings are push lock and do not need any clamps to hold in place. Working pressures of 200psi + are what those connections are good for. The hose clamps are for rerouting your heater hoses away from the exhaust housings.
Why did you cut your core sheilding out infront of the raditor? Clearance or for pics.?

I didn't use the hose clamps. No leaks here after 10K miles

The IC wasn't fitting....so we went back to the drawing board and ripped everything out of the front bumper so it would fit.

I still need to button things back up so I will see what fits back in there.

One thing that I didn't know what to do with was the coolant tank bracket....So I just cut that tab right off...probably not the smartest, but it worked. It was sitting right on the charge pipe coming out from the turbo.
