I wouldn't say that it'll be easy, but I've worked with a few 6.0L trucks running 9-10psi and 10.9:1 compression on pump fuel. I would think that a 6.7L should be about the same.

Quik, you might want to check with a few of the Silverado SS guys with a centrifugal design and see what they are pushing boost wise since the LQ9 is 10:1 compression. Just a thought but it seems like 2004 SSS on here was like 10 psi with alky or something like that with his vortech blower.

its just been a thought i had that i wouldnt mind doing in the future. either this or turbo if i dont run the times i want to run NA

I know my bud with a TB SS with 10.9:1 compression is going to lower it with heads to 10:1 and run a mp122h or 2.3L if it comes out and only put about 7-8 psi through it.

I'd take a look at what kp over on tech has been able to do with a D1SC on a 346. Pretty stout little combo.
