X is cleaner, but a higher pitched raspy exotic type of sound that doesn't really fit a 69 camaro. thinking i'll install straight pipe, and if it's too loud or i'm not quite happy I can always throw an H in there. i'm afraid it's going to be retarded loud being 3.5" duals with 12" bullets dumped.

here is a N/A 6.0 GTO with dual 3.5 through an x and 12" bullets. sounds wicked IMO.

I think I decided to stick with the original plan of a x pipe since I already bought the pypes mandrel 3.5" kit and bullets.

What parts and stuff did it require to do the 5 lug conversion on the new truck?

In my opinion you have the most bad *** procharged truck on here.......even if mine was running. lol

Haha thanks! I used 1320wheels 5 lug hubs on the front and dutchman axles on the rear and had the rotors re drilled in the 5 lug pattern!

Very cool man. I can not wait to see where you end up with this thing. In my opinion it is one of, if not the coolest truck going on this site right now. Please post often of all the things you have going on and let us know how it is all working out. I'm ready to see some excellent numbers from this thing. My man, you are doing it right. Killer truck.

Long story short, got my truck going with the 3.5 pulley finally.. Only gainsd 1psi going from a 3.7 to a 3.5 so that was a little disappointing but it still made decent power, 735/680. Coming up with the next set of mods soon! I updated my thread in the k2xx section so check that out!

I pulled the below quote from a post I made in Vortec350ss's project thread.

Hell, AllenP and Sharpshooter are really the only guys doing anything with a procharger right now (and doing a great job I must say). Then if you wanted to count those of us who are down and out for whatever reason, other than myself and Kurt.......who else is there that is a consistent member on this forum that is doing anything procharger?

I'm sure there are some other quick procharged trucks out there and we just don't see them on here, but damn. WE NEED MORE PROCHARGED BUILDS!

If we had to compile a list of active members that could contribute procharger tech to this forum who all would it be? Off the top of my head:
AllenP, Kurt, Sharpshooter, Blown06

Mine has been an off and on build with a bunch of other projects going on, and a set of heads seeping coolant through its pores really killed my drive. The motor is out now for a new set of pistons, heads, cam, and studs throughout..... and maybe an F1X?!?!?!
