So i know alot of you have STS kits, so this summer im planning on caming my truck and upgrading rockers, push rods, and the hole shabang so i was wondering what you guys use for cam and parts so i can get an idea of what to buy. I dont want an aggressive cam but a mild meduim one if possible, and not to spendy but reliable, and maybe someone makes a hole kit that comes with everything that i need that would even be better than buying parts piece by piece, but if not thent thats cool to. Anyways it would be a great help for you suggestions on what i can put in my truck. Oh and my trucks a 6.0L.

so would a zo6 cam be good enought or would i prefer a custom grind better?

 

their are 3 Z06 cams.
00 500 @ 115 lsa, 01 525 @ 115.5 lsa, 02 551 @ 117.5 lsa.

all 3 are good, all 3 offer a better level of power.
i run the 01, look up jim parish ford fairmont.
he is also useing the 01 in a 5.3 for his fairmont drag car.
watch a few videos and see if you like the results, also see what it dyno's at.
i think you will be impressed.
