The return line is not what is leaking. It is crankcase presure building up and pushing out oil undr heavy boost.

I mistakenly put this portion of the thead here, I'm starting a new one that will actually get attention from the STS users.

you did double and triple check that the green wire connects to the switch valve for grounding purposes?
